We are now looking for a Senior Talent Management Expert to lead and evolve our global talent strategies. If you have a passion for talent identification, succession planning, and leadership development within a complex, international organization, this is a rare opportunity to make a significant impact on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Govern Global Talent Processes: Create and oversee standardized frameworks for talent identification, succession planning, and talent development to ensure consistent application across the organization.
  2. Enable and Coach HR Teams: Provide HR professionals with the tools, training, and best practices needed to lead talent reviews, succession planning, and talent identification confidently.
  3. Strategic Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Managers, offering strategic advice to align talent initiatives with business priorities and leadership objectives.
  4. Talent Analytics and Insights: Define and monitor key talent metrics, providing actionable insights to improve the effectiveness of talent strategies and decision-making processes.
  5. Drive Continuous Improvement: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, introducing innovative approaches to elevate global talent management practices and future-proof the organization.
  6. Promote Diversity and Inclusion: Integrate DE&I principles into talent processes, fostering inclusive leadership pipelines and ensuring representation at all levels.

As a key member of the Contribute Team within People Life Cycle, you will drive and govern global talent processes that ensure H&M attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

Qualifications:

  1. You have at least 5 years of experience in talent management within a large, global organization.
  2. You have a proven track record of designing and implementing talent identification and succession planning processes.
  3. You have strong skills in stakeholder management, influencing senior leaders, and driving alignment across diverse teams.
  4. You have advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  5. You are comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with a proactive mindset to anticipate and drive change.
  6. You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
