About the role

As a Sales Engineer at Voyado, you'll step into an exciting role at the intersection of technology, sales, and strategy. Supporting our Engage product, you’ll combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to drive our sales efforts. You’ll play a pivotal role in understanding customer needs, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and tailoring solutions that address client challenges.

What you'll be up to

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities of Voyado Engage.
• Address technical challenges, customizing solutions to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Act as a bridge between sales and product teams, translating technical details into clear business benefits.
• Stay updated on product enhancements, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

About you

We’re looking for a dynamic professional with a strong technical background and a business-oriented mindset. Ideally, you enjoy problem-solving, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have a knack for translating complex technical details into compelling value propositions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Engineer or similar.
• Background working with complex digital products, preferably SaaS solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and engage.
• Creative problem-solving skills to address diverse customer needs.
• A team player who values collective success and collaboration.
• Motivated by the challenge of entering new markets and driving growth.
• Experience with CRM systems in the e-commerce industry is highly meritorious (experience with Voyado Engage is a strong plus).
