Description

Our customer is a well-known European OEM. The team will be engaged in the area of designing mechanical components. The mission of the team is to design, approve and develop technical solutions according to given prerequisites in mechanical areas.

Requirements

• Engineering degree Mechanical, Mechatronics or equivalent
• 5+ Years Experience working with requirements engineering, calibration engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or similar.
• Fluent in English Written and Verbal
• Experience with production part approval processes (PPAP) and similar.
• Communicative and with good influencing skills.
• Strong drive and energy level with courage to implement changes when needed.
• To be a successful candidate, besides strong technical skills, you also need to enjoy interacting with people of different backgrounds and organizational belongings and as well you must realize the importance of customers, production, and quality requirements within product development.
• Project leadership is meritorious.
• CAD knowledge meritorious, case to case.

Job responsibilities

1. Designing mechanical components including documentation like DFMEA, drawings and tolerance stack-ups. CAD work done in CREO.
2. Leading development of industrialization of mechanical components toward suppliers.
3. Leading technical development projects within driveline area handling its scope and deliveries, setting direction, defining and maintaining project plans, time plans and project costs.
4. Interfacing with a number of stakeholders (Operations, Purchasing, SW development teams, Product owners and other engineering and management teams), enabling proactive and constructive cooperation.
5. Actively work with documentation tools, updating product structures and technology roadmaps.
