We now need to strengthen our group and have an exciting opportunity for a Swedish trained lawyer in our growing Swedish team in Stockholm.
The Practice
Our Swedish practice is sector focused, working predominantly on high profile Tech, Media and Comms, Real Estate, Energy and Utilities and Financial Services matters. Our clients include companies at the forefront of the technical evolution and decarbonisation of our society.
The practice includes work with venture and equity growth capital, Private M&A, Real Estate M&A, corporate finance, digital transformation and data projects, licensing and outsourcing deals, renewable energy projects and regulatory matters as well as general corporate matters, commercial agreements, real estate, commercial tenancy and employment law. Our sector-focused approach ensures that we have valuable expertise in the areas in which our clients operate and a deep understanding of the issues that they face.

As a junior member of the team, you will work broadly within the firm's practice areas and will work with all partners and more senior colleagues.
Key Skills and Requirements
You have completed your Swedish law degree in the last year, or will complete it by June 2025 at the latest. You are keen to work in an international and dynamic environment, really want to learn and are eager to develop your skills as a lawyer.
You will work in both Swedish and English and need to be professionally fluent in both languages.
