Compensation & Benefits is a Group function that is responsible for governing the area of remuneration, HR controlling and HR sustainability reporting, driving group-wide processes and projects, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, and supporting the business with specialist knowledge in the area.
About the role
You will lead and be involved in processes and projects within compensation & benefits. In addition, you will follow research and trends within the field to develop If’s compensation programs to suit the needs of the business. You will work in close collaboration with other functions and stakeholders, and are expected to coach, advise, and challenge the business in your area of expertise.

The position is a permanent position located in Stockholm, Helsinki, or Tallinn and will report to the Head of Compensation & Benefits.
