About your job
You manage business controlling activities within the production unit, including budgeting, forecasting preparation, financial reports, monitoring costs and identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. You proactively seek operational and profitability improvement opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Working closely with production unit management, you help develop and execute financial strategies that support the production unit’s objectives and contribute to overall company goals.

Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a degree in Finance or Business Administration, or the equivalent experience gained from work. You have at least a few years’ experience in finance and business controlling. Skills in Microsoft tools like Excel, Power BI, Teams and SharePoint is a plus as well as experience in SAP, preferably in SAP S/4 Hana. Acting locally in a global company calls for excellent Swedish and English skills, verbally and in writing.
You’re a driven and analytical team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and creating good relationships – perfect assets for motivating groups. Your pedagogical skills enable you to share knowledge effectively and you’re comfortable in making decisions and driving change. You excel at creating structure and following up on actions, and you have an enthusiastic and consultative approach. Your expertise in creating engagement and understanding the importance of customer feedback for the business is essential.
