1. 4+ years of experience in HCM and as OD Specialist
2. Proficient in HRMS (preferably ORACLE-HRMS) and MS Office.
3. Experience in supporting HR and organizational development activities, focusing on job descriptions, performance management, and data analysis.
4. Skilled in manpower planning, monitoring budgets, tracking KPIs, and identifying trends (e.g., turnover).

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
