Position Summary
The Projects Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive project schedules to ensure efficient and timely task completion. This role requires close coordination with internal and external stakeholders, continuous monitoring of project progress, proactive identification of potential delays, and the implementation of corrective actions to mitigate risks and optimize project performance.

Responsibilities
- Consulting with project managers and technical experts to set up Monthly Assignments, tasks, and subtasks.
- Prepare Baseline Schedule incorporating the required Client provided guidelines and Annexure 08 Milestones.
- Resource & Cost Loading of the prepared programmes and generate reports
- Preparing Manpower Histogram, Cost S-Curve, Manpower & equipment distribution.
- Preparing Project Budget and Cash Flow and monitoring the project expenditures accordingly
- Identifying potential project schedule delays , Prepare Notification of Delays & Prepare the Window Based Time Analysis- Extension of Time Analysis Claims.
- Preparing the Tender Programs for upcoming projects
- Coordinating project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Comparing planned vs. actual progress and analyze variances
- Preparing of Presentations for Meetings with Client and Consultant
- Monitoring project timelines and deadlines.
- Preparing Presentations, Weekly and Monthly reports.
- Evaluating performance and preparing project progress reports.
- Accommodating updates and changes to project schedules.
- Recommending actions to keep projects within budget and completed on time.
- Keeping stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.
- Documenting project scheduling processes and maintaining records.
- Analyze project schedules to identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines are met.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in project planning and scheduling activities.
Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor&aposs degree in engineering, project management or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6 software Version 21.12 or Above.

- Multi-Project Handling: Ability to manage scheduling for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate timelines and resource allocations with teams.
