About The Role
DNV Inspection is seeking a dynamic and experienced Saudi Country Manager to lead our operations in the country. The candidate should be a Saudi national with experience in customer relationship management and operations management.
This role involves driving business growth, managing existing contracts, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand DNV Inspection Services presence in the Saudi market.
- Operations Management:
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance to DNV standards, policies, procedures, and relevant Saudi legislation.
- Collaborate with DNV global and regional Service Line leaders to deliver an integrated service offering.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Provide guidance and support to ensure team members achieve their goals.
- Generate and deliver regular reports on business performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends to senior management.
- Establish and sustain effective relationships with primary customers and stakeholders.
- Verify customer requirements are fulfilled and promptly resolve any problems or concerns.
- Conduct important client meetings to ensure agreement on project expectations and deliverables.
- Oversee the management of existing contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Negotiate contract renewals and amendments as necessary.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Translate information into knowledgeable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Customer Relationship Management:

Qualifications
About you
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline, such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Process Engineering.
- Experience:
- Several years of experience in operations management, contracts management, business development, customer relationship management within the TIC industry in Saudi Arabia.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain robust customer relationships up to C suite level.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving expertise
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages
