Land Surveyor jobs in Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Land Surveyor to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys of land and collecting data to determine boundaries and topographic features. This is a contract job with a salary of $1700, and accommodation will not be provided.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct surveys of land using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and drones.
2. Gather data on land features including elevations, boundaries, and structures.
3. Analyze survey data to create maps, plots, and reports.
4. Prepare legal documents such as deeds and property descriptions.
5. Work closely with engineers and architects to assist in site planning and development projects.
6. Utilize computer software programs for data analysis and map creation.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field.
2. Valid license or certification as a Land Surveyor preferred.
3. Proficient in the use of surveying equipment including GPS receivers, total stations, and drones.
4. Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and procedures.
5. Ability to interpret legal documents such as deeds and property descriptions.
6. Proficient computer skills with experience using surveying software programs.
7. Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
