Skills Provision is seeking experienced Yacht Captains for a prestigious company located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The employer is renowned within the Kingdom for its water-based activities along the Red Sea coastline.

Visa sponsorship is available for international candidates.

Contract : 1-2 years (renewable)

Role Responsibilities :

• Command luxury yachts, ensuring the highest standards of safety and comfort for passengers and crew.
• Oversee all aspects of sailing operations, including navigation, maintenance, and compliance with international maritime regulations.
• Provide outstanding service to high-net-worth individuals.
• Manage and coordinate with crew members to ensure seamless onboard operations.
• Plan and execute cruising routes within Gulf waters.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Yacht Captain, ideally within a luxury setting.
• IYT, RYA, or equivalent certification is essential.
• Certificate of Competency (COC) issued by a recognised maritime authority.
• Extensive knowledge of navigation, maritime safety, and yacht management.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to cater to VIP clientele.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages would be advantageous.
• A commanding presence with the ability to lead effectively.
• A professional and composed attitude at all times.
