A basic understanding of facility management, maintenance needs, and technical aspects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and real estate management software. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in construction management (civil engineering preferred), or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in contract administration.
Support to the Operations Complex Management in the decision-making process based on operations data and portfolio management experience.
