Workshop Management
Supervise and manage the workshop, ensuring efficient maintenance and repair of heavy equipment and machinery.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of mechanics and technicians, ensuring high-quality repairs and services are delivered.
Breakdown Management
Oversee the rectification of equipment breakdowns on various job sites, ensuring rapid response and resolution of issues.
Preventive Maintenance & Repairs
Implement and oversee regular preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment downtime.
Site Coordination
Coordinate with site managers to ensure timely servicing and repairs of equipment deployed across different project locations.
Technical Support
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for complex machinery issues, both in the workshop and on-site.
Inventory Management
Ensure the workshop maintains an organized inventory of spare parts and consumables.
Budget Management
Manage workshop budgets, including labor costs, spare parts, and other operational expenses.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure that all equipment meets local safety and regulatory standards and adheres to company policies.
Performance Reporting
Track and report on workshop performance, downtime, repair costs, and service efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and service management.
Proven experience in supervising mechanics and technicians and managing heavy equipment repairs and servicing.
Strong knowledge of heavy machinery, breakdown rectification, and repair procedures.
Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a team effectively and ensure quick resolution of breakdowns.
Valid Saudi Driving License (required).
Currently working in Saudi Arabia (required).
Proficient in English & Arabic (preferred).
