Work From Home Data Entry Clerk (Remote)

We're looking for goal-oriented people who pay close attention to details to join our team. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Representative Admin to join our remote team.

Job Description:

As a Data Entry Representative Admin, you will play a key role in maintaining and updating our company's databases with accuracy and efficiency. You will be responsible for inputting and verifying data from various sources into the computer system and ensuring that all data entered meets our high standards of accuracy and completeness. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Enter and update data in databases and maintain accurate records of valuable company information.
  2. Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering it into the system.
  3. Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they remain up-to-date and easily accessible.
  4. Assist with data cleanup projects to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
  5. Generate reports and extract data as needed.
  6. Respond to inquiries related to data entry and provide support to other team members as required.
  7. Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  8. Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position.
  2. Excellent typing skills and proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel and Word).
  3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  6. High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Willing to learn data entry into CRM systems or other database software.
  2. Willing to learn or knowledge of basic accounting principles or familiarity with financial data.
  3. Previous experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment.
