Description
1- To monitor, manage DR drills, and control business applications through resource utilization, monitoring server performance and operations to avoid bottlenecks and ensure all equipment is working in the best optimal conditions.
2- Coordinate with multiple vendors for routine and periodical maintenance of the Windows platform and negotiate new solutions to structure contracts and secure cost-effective services.
3- To supervise and maintain Exchange Server through Office 365, global support, and on-premise ECP to ensure correct email flow and continuous support to all business functions.
4- To implement quality control procedures through SSL and Symantec Brightmail to ensure full compliance with service level agreement (SLA) and IT governance department to avoid phishing and external attacks.
5- To assist the team with raised tickets through remote applications like VNC and Cisco Jabber to resolve business-reported incidents.
6- To provide the necessary training and knowledge transfer by coaching and conducting training sessions for the Windows team.
Requirement
1- 6-9 years of strong IT experience.
2- Advanced technical and managerial certifications (ITIL, MCSC, PMP, etc.).
3- In-depth technical knowledge of participation in Exchange, Virtualization, projects, and platforms (Windows, HP, etc.).
4- Properly implement a disaster recovery plan (RTO, RPO).
5- Highly skilled in IT service management (Delivery and support).
