About the Role: Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment managing complex web projects? As our Web Program Manager, you'll be a hands-on leader, driving cross-functional web initiatives from concept to execution. You'll leverage your expertise in digital marketing and web analytics to guide diverse teams, optimize website performance, and deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead cross-functional web projects from ideation to launch, collaborating with Marketing, Growth, Legal, and other teams.
• Problem-Solving & Strategy: Navigate ambiguity, facilitate discovery sessions, and deliver strategic solutions for web initiatives.
• Content Management & Analytics: Oversee Airtable intake requests, manage CMS updates, and support website analytics needs with GA4, Looker Studio, and Singular.
• Communication & Collaboration: Be a communication champion, keeping stakeholders informed of project progress and fostering strong cross-team partnerships.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CMS (Contentful) and web analytics tools, guiding teams on technical feasibility and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in web project/program management
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams (technical, marketing, agency partners)
• 4+ years of experience in web marketing (SEO, data analysis, site optimization, A/B testing)
• Solid understanding of headless CMS (e.g., Contentful) and project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Jira)
• Proficient in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills

Qualifications:

• Experience with website design and accessibility best practices
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Singular, Bit.ly, and Adobe Creative Suite
