Web Developer

We are seeking a Web Developer with in-depth experience in building and integrating web applications within the framework of Saudi Arabia's digital governance particularly Nafath (National Single Sign-On), IAM (Identity Access Management), and related eGovernment platforms.

This is a high-impact role for a developer who thrives on designing solutions that serve thousands of users, meet cybersecurity mandates, and align with the Digital Government Authority (DGA), National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA), and Vision 2030 objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and full-stack implementation of high-performance websites and web portals tailored to Saudi Arabia's government, private, and semi-government sectors.
• Integrate platforms with national systems such as:
• Nafath (National Single Sign-On / SSO)
• IAM (Identity Access Management)
• Absher, and other platforms maintained by Yesser / SDAIA.
• Collaborate with compliance officers and cybersecurity teams to ensure adherence to:
• NCA's Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC)
• Digital Government Authority (DGA) UX & performance standards
• GOSI, MOI, and MCIT requirements for user data access and protection.
• Architect backend systems with secure OAuth2.0 / SAML / JWT token protocols and identity validation layers.
• Implement front-end frameworks with pixel-perfect precision that adhere to national visual identity guidelines and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Conduct load testing, penetration testing readiness, and performance tuning for systems with high user concurrency.
• Develop clean, documented, and version-controlled code using Git and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, or Jenkins.
• Guide junior developers and support peer code review processes, with documentation and training.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on professional experience in full-stack development and web systems integration.
• Proven track record in:
• Deploying live applications integrated with Nafath / IAM / SSO
• Working on governmental or semi-governmental tech platforms in Saudi Arabia
• Integrating with third-party APIs (RESTful / SOAP) and handling security layers
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks from:
• National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA)
• Digital Government Authority (DGA)
• SDAIA / G-Cloud
• Technical skills:
• Frontend: HTML5, SCSS, JavaScript, React.js / Vue.js / Next.js
• Backend: Node.js, PHP (Laravel), Python (Django/Flask), .NET Core
• Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server
• Tools: Git, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
