Working as Web Administrator, you will maintain and optimize the company's eCommerce platform, ensuring seamless user experiences and supporting the company's digital growth.

Key Accountabilities

1. Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the company's eCommerce platform.
2. Implement and manage Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to track, analyze, and report on website traffic, user behavior, and conversions.
3. Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot web analytics tags and pixels to ensure accurate data collection.
4. Develop and manage event tracking on the website to gain insights into user interactions and site performance.
5. Collaborate with the marketing and IT teams to optimize the website for speed, SEO, and overall performance.
6. Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and compliance with company standards.
7. Provide technical support to internal teams and troubleshoot website issues as needed.
8. Generate and present detailed reports on web performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Skills

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
2. 5 years of experience in web administration, eCommerce platform management, or a related role.
3. Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
4. Experience with web analytics tags and pixel setup and monitoring.
5. Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms and website management.
6. Familiarity with SEO best practices and website performance optimization techniques.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
