What Will Your Main Responsibilities be:
- Follow safety and Environmental procedures as per Unilever standards, participate in safety engagement.
- Adhere to quality standards and uphold quality culture.
- Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor inventory levels and place production orders.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in inventory records.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and planning teams to ensure that materials are always available when needed.
- Implement and maintain inventory policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and stocktaking activities.
- Manage waste loss tree, investigate variances with gaps identification and action closure plan.
- Ensure all produced FG pallets are properly labeled and maintained in the system.
- Coordinate write-off and blocked material procedures with relative stakeholders.
- Advise and support, in cooperation with UMS coordinator, production staff on the application of UMS techniques.
What You Need To Succeed
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent fields.
- 0 - 2 Years of Experience in Supply Chain.
- Experience in material control or waste management is a plus.
- Working knowledge of inventory management software (SAP).
- Strong organizational and communication skills with high discipline.
- Great attention to detail and ability to multitask.
