What Will Your Main Responsibilities be:

1. Follow safety and Environmental procedures as per Unilever standards, participate in safety engagement.
2. Adhere to quality standards and uphold quality culture.
3. Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
4. Monitor inventory levels and place production orders.
5. Identify and resolve any discrepancies in inventory records.
6. Collaborate with production, logistics, and planning teams to ensure that materials are always available when needed.
7. Implement and maintain inventory policies and procedures.
8. Conduct regular inventory audits and stocktaking activities.
9. Manage waste loss tree, investigate variances with gaps identification and action closure plan.
10. Ensure all produced FG pallets are properly labeled and maintained in the system.
11. Coordinate write-off and blocked material procedures with relative stakeholders.
12. Advise and support, in cooperation with UMS coordinator, production staff on the application of UMS techniques.

What You Need To Succeed

Experiences & Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent fields.
2. 0 - 2 Years of Experience in Supply Chain.
3. Experience in material control or waste management is a plus.
4. Working knowledge of inventory management software (SAP).
5. Strong organizational and communication skills with high discipline.
6. Great attention to detail and ability to multitask.
