Job Description - Warehouse Team Leader (00917T)

Position Overview:

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE and 5S rules, managing incidents, and maintaining inventory accuracy. You will also lead operational processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Basics (25% of time):
   Ensure compliance with HSE and 5S rules throughout the sector, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses.
   Support inventory accuracy and correction operations to align IT data with the physical situation.
   Drive actions to meet service level, quality, environment, process lead time, maintenance, and productivity goals.
2. SIM Management (15% of time):
   Lead SIM cycle 1 according to SPS rules, ensuring the quality of information provided to the warehouse supervisor for SIM 2.
3. Operational Role (50% of time):
   Engage in reception, picking, packaging, and other operational tasks.
4. Others (10% of time):
   Ensure operators are trained and validate training levels.
   Drive real-time daily adjustments of staff according to needs and job rotation.
   Contribute to work instructions for physical and IT tasks.
   Request replenishment of consumables not managed by ROP in the system.
   Contribute or lead continuous improvement actions.

Qualifications:

Technical Diploma in Warehouse Management / Experience in Smart Warehouse / WM module in SAP / Knowledge of warehouse processes for incoming and outgoing movement.
