Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, specifically handling bulk shipments of sanitary products in a B2B trading environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of sanitary products, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a high standard of product quality and safety. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a crucial role in coordinating with suppliers, managing logistics, and leading a team to ensure the timely and accurate fulfilment of orders. The candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a solid understanding of warehouse operations and B2B trading practices.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations and continually assess and improve processes for enhanced productivity and cost-effectiveness.
2. Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of bulk shipments of sanitary products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
3. Maintain proper inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement efficient tracking and recording systems to prevent discrepancies and stock shortages.
4. Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to create a secure work environment and minimize the risk of product damage or loss.
5. Collaborate with the procurement and sales teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure the availability of products to meet customer demands.
6. Develop and implement warehouse procedures and guidelines to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
7. Prepare and maintain accurate reports on inventory levels, shipment schedules, and warehouse performance for management review.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management, preferably in the handling of bulk commodities.
3. Solid knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control software.
4. Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in warehouse operations, particularly in handling sanitary products.
5. Experience in B2B trading and wholesale distribution.
6. Familiarity with supply chain management principles and best practices.
7. Proficiency in using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for inventory and warehouse management.
