Warehouse Supervisor- GLASS

Responsibilities

1. Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.
2. Distribute workload among warehouse staff, monitor and ensure that all staff members are performing their tasks efficiently and effectively.
3. Set and develop policies and procedures to direct the operations of the warehouse.
4. Ensure goods are prepared according to the invoice.
5. Receive and handle reports of damaged and near-expiry goods in shipments.
6. Oversee, monitor and control price scanning, tagging and labeling.
7. Supervise the packing and weighing of goods set to be delivered.
8. Monitor incoming goods' unloading and unpacking to ensure avoiding goods' damage and losses.
9. Ensure having a clean, well-organized and hygienic warehouse through proper housekeeping in line with the company standards.
10. Ensure that the warehouse vehicles and machinery are kept in their assigned area according to the set policy.
11. Ensure that the invoices’ expiry date, item number and the batch are correct.
12. Coordinate and control goods' dispatches as per requirements.
13. Prepare discrepancy reports and claims.
14. Perform any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
