Warehouse Supervisor

Our Group is seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. The successful candidate will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage a team, and ensure the smooth flow of goods in and out of the facility.

We are looking for a leader with proven warehouse management experience and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe, productive, and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Manage and motivate a team of warehouse operatives , providing training and guidance.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and implement inventory control measures.
• Plan and coordinate warehouse logistics to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse transactions.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures .
• Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) .
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
