Waiter/Waitress - Malayalee Cuisine

We are a premier restaurant in Medina, known for our delicious Malayalee cuisine. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and take their orders
2. Make menu recommendations and answer any questions about the dishes
3. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
4. Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
5. Handle any customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly
6. Prepare bills and process payments accurately
7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment
8. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant, preferably with Malayalee cuisine knowledge
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills
3. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
4. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
5. Must be fluent in Malayalam (spoken) and basic English (written)
6. Must have own valid visa for working in Medina

We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month, along with free accommodation.
