Job Description

• Greet and welcome all guests approaching the restaurant in accordance with the highest standards.
• Serve guests efficiently, with flair and a courteous manner.
• Have a thorough understanding of all Food & Beverage offerings, including allergens on menu items, and recommend combinations and alternatives.
• Upsell hotel promotions, especially in F&B.
• Assist team members to maintain cleanliness and excellence across the cluster.
• Be flexible in performing any other reasonable duties as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments if required.
• Handle all cashier duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is an advantage.
• Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
