We are looking for an experienced Avaya Specialist to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, and support of Avaya-based communication systems across internal operations and field environments. This role will support both in-house communication needs and client projects requiring Avaya expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, program, and maintain Avaya IP Office, Aura, and Contact Center platforms.
Implement call routing, call transfer, and voicemail solutions across multi-site environments.
Support field technicians and office staff in resolving Avaya system-related issues.
Ensure seamless integration with VoIP and network infrastructure.
Conduct regular system audits, performance tuning, and feature optimization.
Collaborate with the networking and IT teams for unified communication delivery.
Stay current with Avaya updates, best practices, and certification paths.
Required Qualifications:
Certification in Avaya Certified Implementation Specialist (ACIS) or Avaya Certified Solutions Architect (ACSA).
Strong hands-on experience with Avaya system programming and troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of VoIP, call management systems, and telephony protocols.
