Minimum Requirements:

• Must have active state license
• BC required
• 7 on / 7 off, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, Flexible
• ACLS, BLS and PALS required
• Thoracic, trauma, OB and healthy pediatrics
• Credentialing needed
• DEA not needed
