We are currently seeking a skilled Video Engineer to join our team and help bring our creative visions to life through expert video setup, operation, and real-time troubleshooting.

Job Description:

As a Video Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our live production team, responsible for ensuring high-quality video playback, display, and projection at live events. You’ll work closely with event producers, technical managers, and other crew members to set up and operate video equipment that meets the dynamic demands of each event.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, test, and operate video equipment, including projectors, LED screens, video switchers, and playback systems for live events.
• Collaborate with technical and production teams to design video layouts that align with the creative vision and event requirements.
• Monitor video feeds during events, troubleshoot technical issues, and make real-time adjustments to maintain optimal video quality.
• Conduct pre-event checks and calibrations to ensure video content displays as intended across all equipment.
• Maintain and organize video equipment, ensuring all items are in top condition and ready for each event.
• Support post-event evaluations to provide feedback on video performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience:3+ years as a Video Engineer in live events, concerts, or similar environments.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with video equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting; familiarity with video switchers, signal flow, and media servers.
• Software Knowledge: Experience with video playback software, media servers, and display mapping.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in video setup and operation to deliver a seamless audience experience.
