Job description

The Vice President of HR & Admin is responsible for managing Human Resources and Administration as a partner to the business. They will formulate the annual budget and monitor its performance against budget and business objectives. They will also initiate recruitment processes, plan training programs, and engage employees throughout the year.

Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting: Formulate the annual budget and quarterly reviews to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries as per Group policies.
  • Recruitment: Plan, strategize, and initiate recruitment process using different sources to meet the requirements of the business on time.
  • Performance Management: Initiate and organize the performance appraisal process, career development discussion, and plan training programs to improve efficiency and productivity of employees.
  • Employee Engagement: Continuous engagement of employees throughout the year using different platforms to keep an engaged workforce delivering on business targets.
  • Organization Planning: Design and develop an effective organization structure compatible with the company's commercial objectives and periodically review to maintain its effectiveness.
  • Salary Administration: Constantly review internal equity, market positioning, and manage salary review of deserving and performing employees.
  • HR Data Management: Ensure availability of HR data including demographics to help management make sound decisions.
  • General Administration: Monitor and arrange timely renewals of Trade Licenses & Registrations, maintain company premises, and arrange procurement of goods and services.

  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical ability
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong Legal knowledge, Principles and Practices of Human Resource Management

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors/Master's degree in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Psychology
  • 10-12 years' experience in a progressive organization (Including 5-7 years in a senior managerial position)
