Vice President of Technology

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to direct, plan, and guide all IT functions by developing strategies, security measures, and application requirements that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic goals, business plans, budgets, and resources for the Information Technology function in line with the Company's overall strategy and direction.
• Present a phased and time-bounded plan to the CEO for the Company's digital transformation to increase efficiency and reduce human intervention across all business sectors.
• Align and update the Information Technology function's strategic goals with the Company's overall strategic goals and ensure effective achievement.
• Define and own the IT vision, mission, and goals that enable the Company to maintain its competitive advantage.
• Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals.
• Evaluate business requirements across departments to determine technology needs.
• Provide direction for policies and processes to ensure efficient operational excellence.
• Promote accountability with clear employee responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities.
• Identify and recommend strategic IT purchases in coordination with the Procurement Function.
• Advise senior management on future technology integration to improve efficiency and reduce cost while ensuring scalable and supportable systems.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field

Major:

Information Technology or related field
