A leading Private Equity Fund based in Riyadh is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Vice President (VP) to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and growth of the fund's investment portfolio, with a strong focus on the GCC market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:
   Lead the development and execution of investment strategies that align with the fund's long-term objectives. Provide strategic guidance to the investment team, ensuring the identification and pursuit of high-value investment opportunities within the GCC region.
2. Deal Origination & Execution:
   Oversee the origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities across various sectors in MENA. Lead negotiations, structuring, and closing of deals, ensuring optimal returns for the fund.
3. Portfolio Management:
   Manage and optimize the performance of existing portfolio companies, ensuring value creation through active engagement with management teams. Develop and implement exit strategies to maximize returns on investments.
4. Market & Industry Analysis:
   Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, economic factors, and industry developments within the MENA region to inform investment decisions. Maintain and expand the fund's network of industry contacts, including key stakeholders, business leaders, and regulatory bodies.
5. Team Leadership & Development:
   Mentor and develop junior investment professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning. Collaborate with other senior leaders to drive the overall growth and success of the fund.
6. Stakeholder Management:
   Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, presenting fund performance, strategic initiatives, and new opportunities. Represent the fund at industry events, conferences, and meetings, particularly within the GCC region.

Qualifications:

1. Experience:
   Minimum of 9 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, or investment banking. Proven track record of successful investments in the MENA market is essential. Experience working with diverse sectors, including but not limited to real estate, healthcare, energy, and technology.
2. Education:
   Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field from a reputable institution. Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or equivalent are preferred.
3. Skills:
   Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with a deep understanding of valuation methodologies and investment structures. Excellent negotiation and deal-structuring capabilities. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
4. Language:
   Fluency in English is required.
5. Personal Attributes:
   Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, particularly in the MENA region. High degree of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
