Position Overview: We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Vice President of AI to lead our AI division. The VP of AI will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of AI initiatives, overseeing the development and implementation of AI technologies, and ensuring the alignment of AI projects with our company's goals. This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the AI division, setting the vision and strategic direction for AI initiatives.
2. Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of AI models and systems.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into various products and services.
4. Drive research and development efforts to advance AI capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
5. Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.
6. Manage and mentor a team of AI professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
7. Establish and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, research organizations, and industry partners.
8. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

1. Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (10+ years) in AI research and development, with a strong track record of successful AI projects.
3. Demonstrated leadership experience in a senior AI role, preferably within a technology or robotics company.
4. Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, natural language processing, and computer vision.
5. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
7. Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a commitment to ethical AI practices.
