We are seeking a Vice President - B2B Sales for a leading investment company in the food and agriculture sector across the MENA region.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop B2B strategy and lead the execution to contribute to revenue growth and market share by fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Lead the B2B Strategy development and deployment across Categories to ensure complete alignment with all stakeholders.
Determine key target customers for regional aligned activities and maintain and build a solid relationship with customers.
Leverage data-driven insights and market intelligence.
Define category expansion strategies and ensure those are implemented in various markets, and define market exit plans for unsuccessful categories.
Determine strategic markets, pricing and sales elements, and allocation of resources in local markets, adjusting strategies according to customer insights.
Set the guidelines regarding the extent of tailoring allowed in customer value propositions.
Review the sales plan for new launches of products/categories.
Stay informed about the latest developments in the industry and share best practices with B2B sales teams.
Continuously review and enhance B2B sales processes for optimization and growth.
Venture into new markets and provide top management with detailed execution and revenue plans.
Propose and align on commercials and financials for new business opportunities with top management and concerned stakeholders.
Assess the capabilities and resources for the B2B organization and propose development and structure interventions.
Role Requirements:
Minimum 20 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales in an executive-level role.
Strong commercial knowledge with a comprehensive business network.
