As we map out our future, we seek a talented and analytical individual to join our team as an Operations Specialist. We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team at the first mobile car wash application in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in providing logistical support, coordinating supply chain operations, and ensuring seamless operations of our mobile car wash services. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provides and Coordinates Logistical Support
    Coordinate logistical support for mobile car wash operations, including scheduling, routing, and resource allocation. Ensure timely delivery of equipment, supplies, and materials to operational sites.
  2. Coordinating and Monitoring Supply Chain Operations
    Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to coordinate supply chain operations and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to meet operational demands.
  3. Align Tasks with Various Teams
    Work closely with the logistics team, training team, operation team, and quality team to align tasks and ensure seamless operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
  4. Link Between SSP and Operation Team
    Act as a liaison between the Service Provider Partners (SSP) and the operation team to ensure alignment of goals and objectives. Facilitate communication and collaboration between SSPs and the operation team to optimize service delivery.
  5. Responsible for Fleet Activation Process
    Take ownership of the fleet activation process, including vehicle inspection, registration, and deployment. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely activation of the fleet.
  6. Approach New SSPs and Arrange Meetings
    Identify and approach potential Service Provider Partners (SSPs) to expand the network of mobile car wash service providers. Arrange meetings with prospective SSPs to discuss partnership opportunities and onboard them to the platform.
  7. Problem-Solving Skills
    Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and ensure smooth service delivery. Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
  8. Supervise Orders and Arrange Stocking
    Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet operational needs. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
  9. Ability to Work with Little Supervision
    Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes simultaneously. Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness in managing day-to-day operations.
  10. Co-development of Daily Operations and Procedures
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-develop daily operations and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency. Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
  11. Assist in SSP Team Hiring and Development
    Assist in hiring and onboarding of Service Provider Partners (SSPs), including documenting training and testing procedures. Support the development of SSP teams and provide ongoing training and support as needed.
  12. Prepare and Ensure Operational Guidelines
    Prepare and ensure operational guidelines are adhered to at all times to maintain service quality and consistency. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with operational standards.
  13. Ensure Fleet Numbering and Vehicle Key Tags
    Ensure fleet numbering and vehicle key tags are up to date at all times for accurate tracking and management.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, operations management, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in operations management, logistics coordination, or supply chain management.
  3. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work independently with little supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Experience in team management and collaboration.
  7. Knowledge of fleet management systems and logistics software is a plus.
  8. Fluent in Arabic and English.
