Job Description

• Coordinate the allocation of maintenance manpower and cost in the utilities department.
• Responsible for the Engineering & CAPEX related to the utilities.
• Implement and improve standard operating procedures.
• Ensure utilities usage (water, steam & energy) is as per demand and supply meets the requirement.
• Ensure compliance of element of ICM, orders, notification, confirmation hours, processing days, treatment of notification meets the target.
• Participate in the decision-making process for corrective and preventive actions on mechanical, electrical, and utility work/task in the plant.
• Coordinate the implementation of plans regarding mechanical, electrical and utility maintenance, and improvement project in the utilities department.
• Evaluate, supervise & approve all maintenance plans and projects conducted by external firms in our premises. Ensure project meets deadline, planned budget, quality, safety requirement and carried out according to the contract.
• Elaborate and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures with the contents like (Layouts, flowcharts, Critical process points, operation parameters, electrical drawings).
• Manage legal compliance and mandatory inspection and documentation of critical equipment/system.
• Manage utility expenses within the budget.
• Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
