UI UX Web (OSM) DESIGNER

Administrative unit - Strategy & Planning Department.

Subordinates - Co-work with E-Commerce, Marketing & Strategy team.

Position: UI UX DESIGNER WEB & GRAPHIC

Responsibilities:

1. Information pages creation & management (Loyalty program, warranty program, Offline store, Logistic policy, market place UXUI, etc).
2. Optimize website pages - UX UI audit and development support.
3. Improve online business area from A to Z, focusing on:
1. Expansion of customer base (Individual > Group > Business).
2. Expansion of product & services (From product to service): Subscription, warranty sales, product care service, parts & accessories sales.
3. Expansion of online business range: SMB, 3P Market Place (Furniture etc.).
4. Retail ad activation.
5. Improving customer experience: Optimize UI/UX (Including Homepage).
6. Online store platform advancement - B2C Online store > Multi store > Shop in Shop in Enterprise company (Mall, IKEA etc.).
7. Data analysis-based brand, product insight discovery and sharing, AI automation, machine learning, and work efficiency improvement.
