About Role

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join the team that creates new complex solutions for government clients from the Middle East.

Your impact

• Conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors
• Develop wireframes and prototypes to outline product structure and navigation
• Create and maintain a design system for consistency across features
• Design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces aligned with brand identity
• Ensure uniformity in design elements and interaction patterns
• Lead collaborative design sessions to generate creative solutions
• Work with cross-functional teams to align design with business and technical goals
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback for design improvements
• Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices
• Provide detailed design documentation for development teams
• Advocate for user-centric design and use data to optimize user experience

Requirements

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design
• Has an up-to-date portfolio
• Has experience designing on Figma, and utilizing other tools to create graphical aids (e.g., Adobe suite)
• Has strong design system skills, pixel-perfect design, design presentation skills, and wireframing
• Can actively share thoughts, suggest better approaches, be involved - participate, not attend
• Is a passionate, collaborative team player
• Has attention to detail
• Has at least B2 level of English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
