At least 4 years experience working within the transport or logistic industry
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and bilingual in English and Arabic, enabling efficient communication and data management across diverse teams
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships and ensuring smooth collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Self-motivated and highly adaptable, with excellent organisational skills to independently manage tasks, prioritise workloads, and thrive in fast-paced environments
Role and Responsibilities:
Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained with accurate maintenance records (Team fleet size is approximately 50 vehicles)
Regularly monitor Driving Domestic Assistants (DDA) driving standards, ensuring they are meeting the expected standard
Conduct DDA/driver training on a 6-monthly basis, ensuring all DDA's and drivers are suitably trained
Ensure all fire extinguishers, first aid kits and high vis vests are maintained and appropriately stored in Team vehicles
Advise Team Members of all MT procedures to ensure that timely MT requests are made (Out of Kingdom Authority Letter / Out of Kingdom Insurance)
Ensure all ongoing vehicle documentation is correct and available. This will involve liaison to obtain MVPI and ISTEMARA renewals
Progress all vehicle accidents through the Team Insurance Company to ensure vehicles are repaired effectively and in a timely manner
Liaise directly and personally where necessary with the Saudi Traffic Police in any traffic incidents that may arise. Assist in the appeal process if required
Maintain accurate vehicle usage logs monthly
Prepare and distribute monthly vehicle swap information to Team Members
Check violation data for all team vehicles on a regular basis and inform the relevant Team Members
Manage the office drivers daily tasks
Ensure the transport Standing Operating Procedures (SOPs) are kept up to date
Engage with Team Members and assist in the application for a driving licence and support the arrivals process for medicals and fingerprints
Ensure accurate transport briefs and familiarisation training is delivered to new Team Members and their families on arrival in KSA and provide a transport brief refresher annually to the team and DDA's/drivers
Assist in issuing vehicle passes and updating vehicle logs with the National Guard
Actively seek opportunities to keep up to date with KSA Road Traffic Regulations in KSA
Actively support the Business Support Manager with all transport related matters
Effectively manage a cash float and ensure all invoices are checked and submitted to the finance team
