Job description

Establishing a solid network of communication and full alignment with First Line Managers, Procurement Manager, DRA, Marketing Team, and Customers for developing, delivering, and executing robust, seamless, 360-degree integrated operational plans with maximized synergies (Activation, Trade Marketing & Medical Promotion) for all brands that reinforce brand essence, translates strategy into action, and delivers growth agenda and Sales Targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Planning and controlling the execution of strategic Annual Brand Plans (Activation, Trade Marketing & Medical Promotion) in the Gulf through:
  2. Communicating with Brand managers for full understanding of Brand Plans (Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly Plans), including Distribution Matrix reflecting Business objectives of Brand Plans Elements, KPIs for Execution, and requested Qualitative/Quantitative feedback after Execution.
  3. Coordination with all logistics stakeholders (Health Advertisement, DRA, Procurement Manager, and Admin. Dept.) to follow up logistic supply to field force, gap analysis, and developing POA for smooth supply cycle.
  4. Communicate to Field Force (FLMs, Medical Reps, Sales Reps, and Merchandisers) the Brand Plans (Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly Plans) including Distribution Matrix reflecting Business objectives of Brand Plans Elements, KPIs for Execution, and requested Qualitative/Quantitative feedback after Execution.
  5. Monthly field visits with Field force and evaluating Sell In and Sell Out Data to track execution and provide comprehensive quantitative and qualitative feedback to FLMs, BU Head, and BMs on each Brand Plan.
  6. Monthly consolidated report submission of all the activities/projects against plan including progress of Distribution Matrix reflecting Business objectives of Brand Plan Elements, KPIs for Execution, Qualitative/Quantitative feedback after Execution, Market Share progress, and Sales Progress.
  7. Feedback to Marketing Dept. with changes in Competition, Market Analysis, and Customers in response to implementing Brand activation plans and participate in modifying/updating the plans (Activation, Trade Marketing & Medical Promotion).
  8. Identify innovation process (Idea evaluation, feedback & Execution) from all stakeholders (Field force, Marketing team, Customers) and establish feedback cycle to enrich the Brand Plans.
  9. Achieve Excellence in NPL launch through pre-and post-launch activities.
  10. Planning, aligning, and coordinating the trade marketing plans with Key Account customers followed by contacting Key Accounts and negotiating the annual trade marketing activities (Promoters, Visibility, Experiential projects, GwP, and CME Meetings) and ensure inclusion within the Key account annual commercial agreements followed by monthly tracking of Sell out and providing monthly Quantitative and Qualitative feedback to Field force (In alignment with Sales Manager & KAM).
  11. Execute any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Education / Training:

Bachelor’s degree or above in the field of Pharmacy or Science, MBA is preferred.

Work Experience:

Min 3 - 5 years in Sales or Marketing roles.
