Job description

Job Purpose
To participate in the development and implementation of an overall Total Rewards plan for RCU, that allows the organization to build a competitive, fair, and attractive compensation and benefits plan and enable RCU to attract and retain top talent.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Identify external best practices, trends, and industry new practices to engage and motivate employees.
  2. Conduct research on compensation packages and bonus-scheme programs in alignment with RCU strategy to ensure the maintaining of an employer of choice.
  3. Participate in the development and implementation of compensation data analysis both within RCU and external market data to benchmark positions and determine classifications and remuneration for the overall RCU Compensation Plan.
  4. Conduct research, develop and implement allowance schemes, employee benefits, recognition schemes and programs including non-monetary benefits based on employee requirements.
  5. Ensure the preparation of benchmarking exercises of RCU salaries and benefits against the external market annually to ensure we remain a competitive and fair employer.
  6. Participate in the development and review of the salary scale and classifications.
  7. Perform any other job-related duties required by the direct manager.
