Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts based on organizational priorities and financial data.
- Prepare annual reviews on increments, bonuses, and other rewards to ensure a performance-oriented culture.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure compensation is aligned with industry standards.
- Evaluate and recommend changes to benefits offerings to stay competitive within the Fintech industry.
- Ensure that all compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Partner with the HR team and department heads to align rewards strategies with talent management and retention goals.
- Ensure maintaining internal equity pay and provide solutions to enhance the pay practices.
- Analyze historical financial data, future projections, and market trends to support accurate budget forecasts.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of policies related to compensation, benefits, and rewards.
- Conduct annual salary reviews, uplift, merit increases, and bonuses.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required.
- Similar work experience.
