Job description

Ensure the competitiveness of Nahdi Medical Company (NMC) pay strategy within the market. Support the decision-making process through providing the Top Management with all the analysis and data from the pay perspective. Manage the performance management cycle in line with the corporate strategy to maintain Nahdi as a performance-driven organization.

Accountabilities:

Total Rewards:

  1. Develop and update Nahdi Medical Company (NMC) grading and leveling structure by applying the Job Evaluation techniques whether in-house or through external consultants in order to build the right base for the salary structure.
  2. Manage the development of Nahdi Medical Company (NMC) Reward Structure through collaboration with internal or external parties and participating in benchmarking exercises to ensure competitiveness within the market.
  3. Provide recommendations regarding the Reward Packages for the Business Departments through benchmarking against the market to ensure the competitiveness of Nahdi pay structure and compliance with the internal pay strategy.
  4. Provide the Top Management with required data from analysis and identification to the development areas from the pay perspective to support the decision-making process.

Performance Management:

  1. Support in developing the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the SMART objectives through cascading the organization’s objectives to departmental level and follow up to ensure individual level cascading by coordination with the Head of Departments to ensure proper implementation of the Performance Management System and to achieve the organization’s goals.
  2. Manage the performance management system implementation including coaching, training, normalization, scores finalization, etc. through collaboration with the managers to ensure compliance and to spread the culture of performance management.

Department Management:

  1. Manage the performance of the assigned team through monitoring the KPIs achievement, coaching, following up on any obstacles, providing performance feedback and conversations, etc. to ensure the achievement of the set objectives.

Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hour break)

Education:
BSc Degree

Experience:
8+ Years of Experience

MS Office Suite
