Testing and Commissioning Engineer - Siemens Energy Saudi Arabia

• Responsible for testing & commissioning of substation products and partial systems at customers.
• Technical clarification with sub-suppliers, designer, and service providers.
• Planning and developing site logistics with respect to installation/commissioning/construction works.
• Support project manager in risk and claim management.
• Control and supervise site activities with respect to project plan.
• Ensure quality on the construction site including non-conformance reporting (NCR).
• Supervise and lead a team.
• Preparation and submission of reports.
• Proper handling of testing tools.
• Awareness of EHS requirements in construction sites (i.e. Risk assessment, Loss prevention, Zero Harm, work in Height, etc.).

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering.
• 5 years experience in construction sites.
• Ability to communicate optimally both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Able to prioritize tasks and lead workloads effectively with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in handling multiple and diverse tasks.
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time-critical situations.
• Sensitive and adaptable to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups.
• Shown integrity and high personal standards of behaviour.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
