Territory Sales Representative (Dental Equipments) - Riyadh

Our client is a global multinational dental equipment and consumable manufacturer and producer. They have operations spread across the world and are in expansion phase. They are looking to hire an experienced Territory Sales Representative in Riyadh for their Equipment division.

Description

1. To generate demand for the company's products, to be closed either by approved distributors/or direct sales where appropriate
2. To be the customer's expert on the company's focus products
3. To coordinate and conduct sales meetings and product training for customers including training and vendor days with dealers & telesales teams
4. To effectively and professionally present to groups of dental care professionals, including dental student and postgraduate education departments
5. Develop and maintain good relationships with key personnel including all relevant sales and market personnel
6. Comply with all corporate governance requirements and regulatory requirements
7. Work with the Clinical Educators in regards KOL meetings/presentations
8. Assist in the training and coaching of new sales colleagues
9. Maintain and update the CRM (customer database)
10. Collaborate on marketing programmes by monitoring and providing accurate tracking, reporting and follow up to ensure a consistent and professional marketing campaign
11. Be able to articulate business as well as clinical benefits of the products
12. Professionally manage and process customer complaints in accordance with the company's procedures

Profile

1. Education: A dentist, should have at least 3-4 years of dental Equipment sales experience in Riyadh; if not, a dentist candidate needs to have strong dental equipment sales experience in Riyadh
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Strong network of distributors and direct sales to key decision-makers
4. The candidate needs to have a car and a valid driving license.
5. Ability to work independently and manage stress
