We are seeking a highly motivated Tenant Relations Supervisor to join our growing team and take the lead in managing tenant relations and property operations.

Job Summary:

The Tenant Relations Supervisor will oversee all aspects of tenant interactions and ensure high levels of satisfaction through efficient service and strong communication. This role involves supervising the team responsible for managing tenant requests, coordinating property operations, and providing support across leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Tenant Experience Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Foster positive tenant relations by ensuring a high standard of service is maintained across all interactions.

Operations & Request Management:

• Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and operational teams to ensure tenant requests are handled promptly.
• Manage tenant inquiries related to maintenance, cleaning, and property issues, ensuring quality service and timely completion.

Service Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all facilities are well-maintained and tenant needs are met.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure services such as leasing, maintenance, and tenant onboarding are delivered to the highest standards.

Tenant Onboarding and Leasing:

• Support the leasing team by managing tenant move-ins and ensuring all documents and procedures are properly followed.
• Assist with contract renewals and ensure tenant agreements are up to date.

Issue Resolution & Reporting:

• Lead efforts to resolve tenant complaints in a professional and timely manner, keeping accurate records of all interactions.
• Prepare and submit reports on tenant satisfaction, property maintenance, and overall tenant relations.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and develop the tenant relations team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align tenant relations strategies with company goals.

Policy & Compliance:

• Ensure that all tenant relations activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management, tenant relations, or a similar role.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in property management systems and CRM tools.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
