As a Telesales Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving our sales efforts through inbound and outbound telephone calls. You will primarily focus on ensuring the team exceeds sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will also oversee cross-selling or up-selling efforts, manage incoming calls, address inquiries, and meticulously document interactions. You will collaborate with various departments, ensuring the swift resolution of customer complaints, and maintain a seamless, customer-centric sales process.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing inside-sales team to achieve exceptional conversion rates and surpass sales targets.
  • Instill a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on refining sales techniques, objection handling, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Analyse the sales process to identify bottlenecks and areas for conversion rate improvement.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies for increasing conversion rates across different stages of the sales funnel.
  • Establish a robust system for tracking and analyzing essential KPIs.
  • Regularly dissect KPI data to derive insights, make informed decisions, and fine-tune sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the inside-sales team to develop persuasive and tailored sales pitches that resonate with various customer segments.
  • Ensure the sales pitches effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform.
  • Customize sales approaches based on the characteristics and preferences of different customer segments.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities during customer interactions.
  • Provide personalized coaching and training to inside-sales representatives based on KPI data and performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one sessions to address skill gaps, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the end-to-end sales process, ensuring seamless transitions from lead generation to closing the sale.
  • Implement best practices and innovative approaches to streamline and enhance the sales journey.
  • Foster a customer-centric mindset within the team, emphasizing the importance of understanding customer needs to tailor sales solutions.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on conversion rates, KPIs, and sales team performance.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience successfully leading an inside sales team and achieving outstanding results.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role.
  • Excellent command of English & Arabic (verbal & written).
  • Proficiency in call management software and CRM systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of property & automotive markets.
  • Expert in working experience of call center systems & solutions.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to follow scripts.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Cool-tempered and able to successfully counter rebuttals in order to close sales.
