Technology Lead - Dammam - El-Takamol

The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that emphasizes continuous delivery engineering. They must possess a deep understanding of modern software development challenges and prioritize testing and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Guidance: Provide direct architectural support and technology problem-solving to product teams within an Agile framework.
• Engineering Excellence: Promote and maintain top-notch engineering practices such as test-driven development and continuous integration/delivery.
• Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend suitable technology stacks and platforms, including web application frameworks and cloud providers.
• Industry Insights: Stay current with technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices through relevant conferences, reading, and tech community participation.
• Compliance Partnership: Collaborate with the organization to ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and other requirements.

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent; a Master's is preferred.
• No less than 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a team lead position (8-10 people).
• A proven track record of delivering successful, complex technology projects in an Agile environment.

About the Role:
