Job description:

Perform thorough analysis of business processes, requirements, and goals in finance and operations. Translate business needs into technical specifications and vice versa.

Design and configure software solutions, including ERP systems and financial management applications, to meet specific business needs. Customize workflows, reports, and interfaces as necessary.

Lead or support the implementation and deployment of software solutions, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal impact on business operations. Collaborate with IT teams on configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live activities.

Define integration needs and work with technical teams to connect finance and operations systems with other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

Train and support end-users on system functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting. Create user documentation and conduct workshops to boost user adoption and expertise.

Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and system enhancements. Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in finance and operations.

Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for finance and operations initiatives. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project success within budget and timeframes.

Work with quality assurance teams to ensure solution quality and reliability. Perform functional and integration testing to validate system performance and functionality.

Minimum Requirements:

Candidates must have a strong knowledge of supply chain management and project practices, including procurement, trade, logistics, warehouse management, and project management.

Candidates must have a strong knowledge of manufacturing practices.

Qualifications:

Over 5 years in a techno-functional role, specializing in the implementation and support of finance and operations systems.

Deep understanding of finance and accounting principles, business processes, and industry standards.

Practical experience with ERP systems, financial management software, and related technologies.

Integration of MS Dynamics to 3rd party applications such as API, SOAP, Rest, etc.

Must have technical experience with X++, Azure DevOps, SQL, SSRS, Visual Studio, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Platform.

Functional experience in testing and post-implementation support.
