Technician Civil

Responsibilities

1. Perform construction management duties including review construction documents and submittals, perform and document daily inspections, and assist with project punch lists.
2. Assist in collecting as-built drawings and watercards.
3. Designing capabilities within heavy rail is essential; additional experience with metro and/or light rail is also desirable.
4. Produce and check a wide variety of track designs, grading models, DTM surfaces, and applicable details.
5. Work with LIDAR point clouds, manage, verify, and control surveys and geographic data for design needs.
6. Data entry and participation in structural inspections.
7. Prepare photographic documentation.
8. Complete Health and Safety training.
9. Work with engineers, technicians, and project managers in the preparation of drawing packages, report figures, design concepts, sketches, and calculations.
10. Produce construction drawings for a variety of infrastructure projects.
