Technical Service Manager - Automotive Paints

Job Purpose

The Technical Service Manager will lead all technical service operations at an Automotive OEM paint. This role ensures smooth site operations, customer satisfaction, and compliance with quality standards while managing the on-site service team.

Main Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage technical service operations at the customer site.
2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
3. Drive process optimization and ensure operational compliance.
4. Identify and resolve paint application and coating issues.
5. Lead and develop a high-performing technical service team.
6. Support inventory and demand planning.
7. Provide training on coating applications and processes.
8. Ensure adherence to PPG and regulatory quality standards.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in a technical service leadership role.
3. Fluent in English, Arabic preferred.
4. Strong problem-solving & leadership skills.
